Basis is an independent information resource on building foundations, covering foundation types, soil behaviour and the factors that keep a structure stable over time.
Short word. Four letters, easy to say, easy to remember in any language
Construction fit. Matches the declared theme of foundations, soil and building practice
Cross-field use. Reads naturally in building, finance, science or general knowledge projects
Clean domain. A plain word under co.za, free of clutter or forced spelling
How does buying basis.co.za work? You agree on a price with the owner. The owner then sends you payment details and transfers the domain once payment is received. The transaction takes place directly between you and the owner.
Can I secure the purchase? Yes. Arrange an escrow with the owner. We then hold the money until the transfer.
How long does the transfer take? Usually a few days after payment. There is no auth code for this extension: your registrar requests the transfer and the current owner acknowledges it (transfer ack).
